The construction of 3 exclusive remote 5 star accommodation villas at the El Questro Wilderness Resort in the heart of the Kimberley.
Fully serviced and designed to the highest standards, each Villa was engineered to withstand the strongest wind region whilst being built upon an escarpment.
In a region known for its extreme climates, each Villa was built fully serviced, air- conditioned and insulated, with natural light and ventilation being well managed through a combination of strategically placed louvers, timber/aluminium sliding doors and awnings. In-ground water, power and sewer including landscaping and irrigation systems were also installed.
Internally and externally, every care was taken in attention to detail as well as functionality in their overall design. Finishing touches were created to harmonise with the beauty of the natural landscape using customised timber, stone and metal features that were specifically designed to enhance the Kimberley experience.
Perched on a sheer cliff and anchored to the rock face, while playing host to an array of guests both nationally and internationally, this has to be one of the world’s most spectacularly sited boutique resorts, which has now become the 18th member of the Luxury Lodges of Australia.
