Ri-con Contractors was contracted to project manage and construct a commercial premises consisting of 7 retail spaces and 4 commercial offices, incorporating alfresco meeting spaces or break areas for staff, in the hinterland township of Cooroy. Innovative in design, the Wattle Street development set a new benchmark for the Noosa Shire and surrounding regions. Enlisting renowned designer, Stephen Kidd and his team, to formalise the design, this project gave us a real opportunity to show-case the Company’s abilities.
